Ground rules
- You must be 18 or older to use this service.
- By using the service, you consent to not using it for any illegal or violent activities.
- This adult AI companion Service — including AI-generated chat with lasting memory, multi-companion roleplay games, reply suggestions, and AI-generated images/video — is entertainment only. Companions and media are synthetic, not real people or relationships. Use it with discretion.
- You may create companions visible only to you; you are fully responsible for those definitions and for how you use them.
- Payments for optional media or creator features are final and non-transferable digital services.
- Messages and companion memory are encrypted at rest, with decryption tied to you as the account holder, so we can provide the Service across web and Telegram without leaving chats as open plain text (Telegram platform rules still apply). Memory can carry across your devices when you use the same account. You can clear companion memory with action buttons or by saying "forget me" in chat, and use Erase / Delete on Profile to wipe memory and media.

- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. When practical, material changes may be announced in the Service.

Why is it free?
The AI companion space got messy fast: paywalls behind every message, confusing tiers, surprise charges, and products that feel more like slot machines than companions. Too many apps dress up nickel-and-diming as “premium,” then bury the real cost in fine print.
We built the opposite. Conversation and companionship should not require a subscription just to say hello. Free here means free to chat — without dark patterns, without bait-and-switch, and without treating your attention like a product to auction.
- No message paywalls for ordinary chat.
- No maze of plans designed to confuse you into upgrading.
- No selling your identity or chats to advertisers.
How is it free?
Running chat at a reasonable scale is cheaper than it used to be. We keep the stack lean so conversation can stay open.
- Lean infrastructure — efficient hosting and generous free-tier capacity where it makes sense.
- Affordable language models — text replies no longer have to cost you per line.
- Media is the expensive part — images and video use real GPU time, so we ask you to pay only when you want those. Chat stays free.
Is it sustainable?
Yes — the economics work both ways. If the community stays small, costs stay small and everything remains free as it is today. If usage grows, media generation is designed to cover the extra compute and any unforeseen expenses. We are not building a product that only works by locking chat behind a wall.
Ads?
Not needed today. Ads are disabled. If servers have to scale and media generation is not yet enough to cover it, we may introduce advertising later — and only in a classy, non-distracting way. No hijacking the chat, no dense trackers, no turning the product into a billboard.
Why referrals?
We already spend to get the word out on other platforms. Referrals put a slice of that spend into the hands of people who actually use and like the product — roughly 10% of what we would otherwise pay external channels to spread the word. You invite friends; everyone wins without buying ads that interrupt the experience.
Safety
Privacy is not an afterthought. We keep what we need to run your account, and we design so you stay in control.
- Minimal identity data — we store email or Telegram ID only to recognize your account. We never sell or share it for advertising.
- Encryption in place — traffic uses modern transport encryption (TLS). Messages and companion memory are stored encrypted; decryption is tied to you as the account holder so your chats are not kept as open plain text.
- Erase & Delete — Profile includes controls to erase companion memory and delete your media when you want a clean slate. You can also clear memory in-chat (action buttons or “forget me”).
- Adults only (18+) — the Service is not for minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
