1. Introduction
Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie beschreibt, wie wir Informationen erheben, nutzen, speichern und teilen, wenn du unseren KI-Begleiter-Service für Erwachsene nutzt — Chat mit Gedächtnis, Multi-Begleiter-Spiele, Antwortvorschläge und Bild-/Videogenerierung — in der Telegram Mini App, auf der Website, in Bots und verwandten Diensten (der „Service“). Mit der Nutzung stimmst du dieser Richtlinie zu. Andernfalls nutze den Service nicht.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by the provider of the product name shown in the app (“we”, “us”, “our”). For privacy requests, use the in-app Support channel or contact methods listed in the Service.
3. Information we collect
Wir erheben nur, was wir brauchen, um den Dienst zu betreiben. Wir bauen keine Drittanbieter-Werbeprofile aus deinen Chats.
- Account & identity data: Telegram user ID, username, display name, and authentication data from Telegram Login or Mini App init data.
- Profile preferences: age confirmation, language, gender presentation, interest (companions you want to see), appearance descriptions you provide, and related settings.
- Inhalte, die du erstellst: Nachrichten, Begleiter-Definitionen (Name, Persönlichkeit, Look, Kartenfelder), Spiel-/Rollenspiel-Aktivität, Support-Tickets und anderer Text, den du sendest.
- Medien: Profil- und Begleiterbilder und -videos, die Sie generieren oder hochladen; im Chat generierte Medien unter Ihrem Konto; optionales Nutzerprofilbild.
- Usage & technical data: message quotas, premium/top-off status, Stars payment metadata (charge IDs, amounts, timestamps), device/browser type, IP-related logs where required for security, session cookies for website login, and server logs.
- Support data: ticket messages, status, and related staff notes needed to resolve issues.
4. How we use information

- Authenticate you and maintain sessions (including website cookie sessions).

- Process digital payments (Telegram Stars) and deliver premium features.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices via Telegram.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR)
We process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you; based on legitimate interests (security, product improvement, abuse prevention) balanced against your rights; where required by law; and, where required, with your consent (which you may withdraw for future processing).
6. AI processing
Alle Inhalte des Dienstes sind KI-generiert oder entstehen durch KI-Pipelines. Dazu gehören Companion-Chatnachrichten, Persönlichkeits- und Profiltexte, Antwortvorschläge, Szenenbeschreibungen, Bilder, Videos und andere Medien, die Sie im Dienst sehen oder erstellen. Companions sind keine echten Personen; Stimmen, Gesichter und Geschichten sind synthetisch und können unvollkommen, unrealistisch oder falsch sein. Gespräche und Kontext werden von Sprachmodellen und serverseitigen Pipelines verarbeitet, um Antworten zu erzeugen. Bild- und Videogenerierung kann über unsere Infrastruktur und/oder externe Anbieter (Cloud-GPU / Bild- und Video-APIs) erfolgen. Prompts, Aussehensbeschreibungen und Referenzmedien können an diese Auftragsverarbeiter gesendet werden, ausschließlich um die gewünschten Medien zu erstellen. Teilen Sie keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie dafür nicht verarbeiten lassen möchten. Generierte Inhalte dienen nur der Unterhaltung und sind keine professionelle Beratung.
7. Payments
Payments use Telegram Stars through Telegram’s payment systems. We receive limited payment metadata (e.g. transaction identifiers, amounts, product type). Payment card details are handled by Telegram/payment providers, not stored by us as full card numbers.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses essential cookies/session storage for login and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the Service. You can clear cookies in your browser; you may need to sign in again.
9. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service infrastructure: hosting, databases, and compute used to run the Service (under our control or processors).
- Telegram: as needed to deliver messages, invoices, and authentication.
- Staff support: limited access to resolve tickets and moderate safety reviews (e.g. image review queue).
- Legal: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
- Externe Mediengenerierung: Drittanbieter für Bild-/Videogenerierung, die Prompts und optionale Referenzbilder nur verarbeiten, um die von Ihnen angeforderten Medien zu erzeugen (unter Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarungen; nicht zu Werbezwecken verkauft).
10. International transfers
Data may be processed in the country where our servers or operators are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Retention
We retain account data, messages, media, and logs while your account is active and as needed for the Service, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account-related data subject to legal holds and backup cycles. Chat text archives and support tickets may be retained for a limited period for safety and record-keeping.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, signed media URLs, session secrets, least-privilege staff tools). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Identitätsminimierung: Telegram-ID oder E-Mail nur zur Kontoerkennung, nicht zum Profilverkauf.
13. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
To exercise rights, contact us via in-app Support. We may need to verify your identity (e.g. Telegram account). Some rights are limited where we must retain data for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

- Delete data (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
14. Children’s privacy
The Service is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact Support so we can delete related data.
15. Automated decision-making
We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Content moderation and quotas may use automated rules for safety and fairness.
16. Third-party links and platforms

17. California / similar U.S. state rights
If applicable, residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Submit requests via Support. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
